MAY 2022
A NOTE FROM PRINCIPAL EGAN
Principal Bill Egan NCHS

Dear NCHS Family,

We are in the home stretch, with seven weeks left as we sprint to the finish line! May is always a busy month with so many fantastic events happening. Please mark your calendars with the following important events and dates.

We kick off the month with the NCHS Orchestra Spring Concert on Tuesday, May 3rd, at 7:00 pm in the auditorium. The concert will feature works by the three B’s, Brahms, Bowie, and The Beatles! AP Exams are being administered from May 2nd thru May 13th. Sleeping, studying, and time management are essential during this time period.

We look forward to celebrating our seniors at Senior Prom on Friday, May 13th, at the Stamford Marriott, beginning at 7:00 pm, followed by Post Prom 2022 at Waveny House from 12:00 am - 4:00 am. Please click here if you are interested in donating to the post-prom.

The school-wide picnic is back by popular demand. On Monday, May 16th, students and staff will celebrate the year with lunch, games, and spending time with friends. Fingers crossed for a sunny day!

We’re excited for our two hundred and seventy-six seniors participating in the Senior Internship Program from May 17th thru June 14th. The program provides an excellent opportunity for the students to grow and learn in a real work environment.

Please remember to visit NCRams.com and NCHS Theater for all athletic schedules and upcoming theater events. I hope you get an opportunity to see and support all of the exciting happenings at NCHS.

All the best,

Bill Egan, Principal
